What should I do when my order arrives?
Please inspect all your items/packages carefully on delivery. We recommend that if any of the boxes or packaging has any sign of damage on receipt, that you open the package and check the products inside before signing for it. If you find your items are damaged on delivery, please refuse the delivery and sign for them as "Damaged".
Can I collect my order?
Yes you can collect your order from our store. Please select this option at checkout and we will contact you once your order is ready for collection.
What if I want to order a product not shown on your site?

Can I return my mattress if its too firm or too soft for me?
Please note that the advertised mattress firmness is for guidance only as a mattress normally feels softer for heavier people and firmer for lighter people. Please do not open the mattress packaging if you are not completely happy with your mattress ...
My new mattress is giving off an odour. Is it normal?
It is normal for all new mattresses, including the natural fibres such as wool and horsehair to give off their own natural odour that is nontoxic and it may take some time to dissipate, however, there is no specific time limit which can be applied. To help the mattress air out better, simply remove all of your bedding, open the windows and leave it for a few hours. If possible, allow the mattress exposure to the sun for few hours to help the process. For double sided mattresses, please ensure both sides get exposure to the sun.
