Can I return my mattress if its too firm or too soft for me?

Please note that the advertised mattress firmness is for guidance only as a mattress normally feels softer for heavier people and firmer for lighter people. Please do not open the mattress packaging if you are not completely happy with your mattress firmness. We are unable to accept a mattress for return or exchange once it has been removed from the original packaging.
