If for any reason you are not happy with our furniture and wish to return an item to us, please notify us within 14 working days of receipt and we will arrange for a collection and refund.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to let us know you wish to return any items. We will need the following information:

You may deliver the goods back to our warehouse or alternatively we can arrange collection at a minimum cost of £50 which we will deduct from the refund.
Returning items damaged in transit.
We check your furniture to make sure it's up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. It’s also very important that you inspect your product upon delivery. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, the delivery drivers documentation must be signed damaged even if the goods are accepted.
Any claim for damaged goods without the delivery drivers documentation signed damaged may jeopardize your right to cancel.
Returning items faulty on arrival.
If you only realise after the delivery that you're unhappy with the quality or the item is faulty, i.e. the packaging is intact but the product does not work or the damage is not visible until the item(s) have been unpacked, you have 14 working days in which to inform us of the fault, ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and, assuming your complaints are valid, tell you how to return the item or arrange to collect the item from you, and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement.
We check returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will either return the item to you or deduct the delivery and collection cost's from your refund.
Items faulty in warranty period.
If any of your items develop a fault, and it's more than 14 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair or replacement (This will depend on the individual manufacturers procedures ). To action this we ask that you fill our Online support form detailing the full nature of the problem.
Returning an item - If you change your mind.
If you have a change of heart, you can cancel at any time before your item is dispatched in the UK. Simply contact us and we'll cancel your order and give you a full refund. Cancellations made after the dispatch of your item(s) will need to be made at the time of delivery, via a refusal of delivery or within 14 days of delivery by contacting us.
Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense (if you would like us to do this for you there is a minimum charge of £50 depending on the item(s) ordered.
The item must not be used or assembled and must be 'as new' in its original packaging when returned to us.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept back any mattresses that have been removed from the original packaging.
Unfortunately we have to make an exception for MADE TO ORDER items made specifically for you. These made to order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
