Do you offer assembly service?
Yes we do but this service is available to our local customers only. Please contact us 0121 520 3587 to check if this service is available in your area.
What should I do when my order arrives?
Please inspect all your items/packages carefully on delivery. We recommend that if any of the boxes or packaging has any sign of damage on receipt, that you open the package and check the products inside before signing for it. If you find your items are damaged on delivery, please refuse the delivery and sign for them as "Damaged".
Can I collect my order?
Yes you can collect your order from our store. Please select this option at checkout and we will contact you once your order is ready for collection.
Will you contact me to arrange a delivery date?
Yes we/our delivery partner will contact you to confirm a delivery date once the order is ready.
