Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, We do offer free delivery on all orders over £199 to most parts of the UK. Orders under £199 incur a £14.99 delivery charge.

If in doubt, please follow these steps to check if we offer free delivery to your area:-

3. Enter your shipping address including postcode to see all available delivery options.

Do you deliver on weekends?
We do offer Saturday deliveries to some areas of the UK for an extra charge of £14.99. Please contact us before placing an order to check if this service is available in your area. Unfortunately, we do not deliver on Sundays.
How soon can you deliver?

We can deliver some items as soon as 3 - 5 Days if they are in stock but that varies from product to product. Please refer to the estimated delivery time stated on every product detail page.

Do you offer old mattress or bed disposal service?

Yes we do offer old bed or mattress removal service. Please see the charges below:

Mattress Disposal: £39.99 

Divan Set Disposal: £49.99

Divan Set and Headboard Disposal: £59.99

Please Note: We offer free mattress removal with some of our premium mattresses and Divan Beds. Look for "Free Gifts at Checkout" label on qualifying products or contact us on 0121 520 3587 for more information.

Where will you leave my items?

This depends on the delivery service you select at checkout. Please find more information about our delivery services below:

Standard Delivery: Our Free Standard Delivery service is to the front door of your house, or the main entrance to your block of flats as they are not insured to enter a property.

Room of Choice Delivery: 2 Man delivery to the room of your choice.

What should I do when my order arrives?

Please inspect all your items/packages carefully on delivery. We recommend that if any of the boxes or packaging has any sign of damage on receipt, that you open the package and check the products inside before signing for it. If you find your items are damaged on delivery, please refuse the delivery and sign for them as "Damaged". Please contact customer support team with 24 hours who will be happy to rectify this problem as soon as possible. If you don’t refuse the product and don’t sign for it as ‘damaged’ then this may jeopardise any claim for damaged goods.

Why didn't I receive my order confirmation email?

Order Confirmation emails are sent automatically within a few minutes of placing your order, but can take up to an hour.

If you still havn't received your email, please check your spam folder since the confirmation email might be mistaken as junk mail and end up in there.

You can also check the status of your order by logging into your Account.

What if I need to return my item?

Yes we offer full 14 days return policy. You must email us in writing at informing us about your wish to cancel the order within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on items that have been removed from their original packaging.

Can I return my mattress if its too firm or too soft for me?

Please note that the advertised mattress firmness is for guidance only as a mattress normally feels softer for heavier people and firmer for lighter people. Please do not open the mattress packaging if you are not completely happy with your mattress firmness. We are unable to accept a mattress for return or exchange once it has been removed from the original packaging. (*Please refer to special/bespoke orders section of our T&Cs to check if your order is eligible for return.)

My new mattress is giving off an odour. Is it normal?
It is normal for all new mattresses, including the natural fibres such as wool and horsehair to give off their own natural odour that is nontoxic and it may take some time to dissipate, however, there is no specific time limit which can be applied. To help the mattress air out better, simply remove all of your bedding, open the windows and leave it for a few hours. If possible, allow the mattress exposure to the sun for few hours to help the process. For double sided mattresses, please ensure both sides get exposure to the sun.
